Emset Can be given to the child as of now that is going to help in controlling vomiting if you don’t have it then take some carrom seeds mix some rock salt into it and give it to the child with warm water that is going to help in reducing down the pain and also start giving sugar and salt water to the child to maintain hydration in the body
