Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. yes gas will be bad smeell. As per this now for what you have mentioned there is for now no need to worry about this as it is seeming to be a normal thing and so there is no need to worry about this at all for this .

Isn’t No child passing a motion on an every day basis because sometimes when a child is constipated they can have really bad smell in their part and that is very much normal so you do not have to worry about that these things are very normal and common at the child growth specially for First initial six months
