ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam yes it can be a sign of teething start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth wrapped around your finger three to four times a day and keep the kids surrounding clean as loose motions during this period are due to stomach infection caused when kids tend to put dirty toys and hands into mouth. . . . . .
