#asktheexperts .My newborn is 10 days old and is getting sticky discharge in eyes and the eyes are getting stuck and even lashes are breaking . I asked his pediatrition and he suggested wiping eye with warm water abd cotton but this just gives him temporary Relief.. request help and suggestions.

A. y sticky discharge from the eyes, redness and watery eyes can be due to infection and you need to consult with your doctor personally for proper examination and the necessary medications . don't apply Kajal in Eyes
