#asktheexperts my kid is 9 years old and not putting on weight. He has bed wetting problem which is not going.. can you please help me how to these things..

Namaste Mom Many a times the main reason for bed wetting is related to psychology or even runs in the family. talk to the child , understand if the child is undergoing any stress or worry have a me time , to know anything the child is worried about make sure they have good washroom habits, goes before bedtime , are emptying the bladder well. is not taking much fluids before bed time sleep peacefully
