#asktheexperts my is 3 months old now .... i have to give him bottle for 3 times .. because he is not getting enough milk from me ....so what should i do to increase milk

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
