#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months now how to know baby is getting enough breast milk .

A. Observe Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry.

A. hello check 9n baby growth and if baby is gaining a minimum of 150 GMS to 200 GMS per week or 600 GMS to 800 GMS per month means the baby is getting sufficient breast milk if not you can even express your milk using Babyhug breastpump and check on the same
