Q.

#asktheexperts my delivery was on 2 November 2021 its almost 4 month back with c-section . actually my question is i dont have interest in doing physical relation with my husband. is it normal.. ?

A. it's normal due to stress and hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . nap often to stay rested .

A. Yes it is completely normal a lot of women do not have interest in physical relationship is after delivery that mostly due to the hormonal changes into the body so if you are going through something like this you should consult a gynaecologist maybe they can advise with some medicine which will help you for thisWrite Your Answer Here
