#asktheexperts My daughter will be 4 months old on 27th September. She's exclusively breastfed n doing well. When can I stop breastfeeding and start giving her pureed food? Is it ok to discontinue breastfeeding after 6 months of age?

A. Hello dear parent, it is defined in WHO that baby should be exclusivelly breast fed till age 6 month. Post that you can begin with semi solid diet. Then you can even stop breast feed if you want. Good luck and take
