A. dear mum, weight of 7.9 kg is fine for 10 months old baby girl considering a birth weight of 2.7 kg. baby should triple the birth weight by one year. also if baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours then it indicates good health.
