#asktheexperts my daughter is having cough and cold. What home remedies should be taken?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. firstly give her steam inhalation a couple of times a day. do apply baby rub on chest back and bottom of her feet. give her luke warm turmeric milk or tulsi juice + honey with some ginger juice twice a day.
