#asktheexperts My daughter is currently 3 years and 4 months old, and she is refusing to eat any food items. What steps should I take to encourage her to eat?

A. Namaste Mom, Make her meal time fun & interesting , get some age appropriate books etc such as story , picture books etc use while feeding them as well would be ideal.
