#asktheexperts my daughter is about to turn 5 on 31.08.25. Her weight is 16.5 kg .As her height is increasing now , she is getting thin. Please suggest some food to keep her healthy.

A. Hello my dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit, and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Involve your child in family meals. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
