Maam you should consult your doctor your child is actually short height as per the age of your child should be 4 feet plus so it would be good for you to consult your doctor and understand what is happening mostly height increase a lot of hormones of the child do not grow and due to disturbance in hormones are not taking proper group this can happen so you can also try taking a homeopathic treatment
