#asktheexperts my daughter is 2 yrs old she drinks 1 litre of milk daily.she also takes meal for 2 times daily but it is very difficult for her to drink water.she does not drink water but a few sips .and because of does whenever she is urinating she becomes a little uneasy

A. 2 year of milk is too much as she is 2 year old give up to 250 ml to 450 ml of milk.. and guve 3 meals n 12 snack a day.. With every meal, offer water in a bottle or cup.
