#asktheexperts my daughter is 15 months old and I m breast feeding her. I had my only period after delivery of baby when she was 11 months old and no period after that. I do check up for pregnancy, but I m not pregnant. I do get cramps sometimes but no periods at all. is it normal to have one period only after 11 months of delivery and then no periods. when will I have regular periods

A. Hi mom. Yes this is normal. Breastfeeding mothers periods are Irregular. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry about this. Take care and all the best
