If your breast feeding your baby then continue to breastfeed at regular intervals and there is no need to give anything else apart from mother milk or formula milk to baby till he complete 6months of age as it is complete food that takes care of hydration as well as nutrition. After 6 month you can gradually start weaning with homemade easy to digest food items like rice porridge ragi porridge mashed fruits apple Puree, mashed banana chiku etc.
But whatever you are introducing should be introduced gradually with a small amount

U Can cook them about 70 to 80% there has to be a crunch in the vegetable also that you’re giving to the child that’s completely okay that’s not an issue completely depends how well is your child responding to eat in terms of eating and motion if your child is digesting it well then you can go ahead with 80% cooking
