#asktheexperts My daughter is 1 year old. what things should be kept in mind related to her diet so that she can get needed nutrients?

A. Hi mom once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family. give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet so that the baby gets all the nutrients.
