#asktheexperts My daughter is 1 month old and hasn’t pooped since Past 4 days. But pees almost 15-20 times. Should I be worried as she hasn’t pooped yet?

MoumitaMom of 2 children4 days agoA. No need to worry, it is okay to poop in day more then 3/4 times. Also okay not to poop untill 15 days. Just do notice her urination is fine or not.

Constipation is Rare in Breastfed Babies Infants older than eight weeks often go 4 or 5 days without a dirty diaper, and it doesn't mean they are constipated. Breastfed babies, especially if they have not started solid foods, can easily go two weeks without a poopy diaper once they are 2-3 months old.
