#asktheexperts my child is actively doing everything playing, eating but less eye contact with delayed speak .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Less eye contact could be due to deficiency of iron in the body but if the child is poor in speech also I suggest you to consult your doctor once and sometimes these things can be associated with further issues which are not visible right right now
