#asktheexperts my child gets sick very easily in winters. Suffers from cold and cough, runny nose almost whole winter season.

A. ok. avoid cold wind n cold climate. make sure to wear him warm clothes feed him daily luke warm turmeric milk. start chavanprash one tsp once a day, it will help to improve immunity.
