#asktheexperts my breast milk supply very low what can I do ? first 2 month my breast milk was good

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 2 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,as low milk supply is caused by poor latching,first I would advise to make sure that your child latches properly or not the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child's mouth . you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk too
