AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mam don't worry.. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between .. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee, dry fruits ,paneer ,egg, rice ,potaoe ,sweet potato, avocado, ragi ,banana shake etc in diet for weight gain
