ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There is no need to give gripe water to the baby if baby is not having any digestion related issues and make sure you burp baby after feeding and give tummy time to baby

U Cannot and you should not give gripe water to the child if your child is suffering with colic pain or any other issue there are medicines which are completely safe to be given at this age gripe water is not safe to be given to a child at any age or at any given point of time
