ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get proper check up and treatment done. no paste will cure the damage that has already occurred. start brushing twice daily using a pea size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent
