#asktheexperts My baby suffering with cold from last 4 days,I'm using nozzle spray but it's not controlled,can you please suggest any syrup?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness thyere could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordinygly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
