#asktheexperts My baby spits up milk even after burp. sometimes whole milk and sometimes curd milk. What should i do? also she doesn't sleep well, keeps on snorting and keeps on moving hands and legs as if she is uncomfortable. kindly suggest how to take care of it.

A. Feed your baby in a more upright position. Follow each feeding with 30 minutes in an upright position. Avoid immediate active play or use of an infant swing. Avoid overfeeding. Frequent burps during and after each feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach. give comfortable feeding position, n room temperature.

A. spit out milk this is because of reflux action and common in babies always burp after feed keep baby in burping position and gently massage head back don't immediately put the baby on bed maintain gap between feeds give small feeds
