consult with your nearest Pediatric Dentist for proper clinical examination

That A dentist would be able to tell you in the right manner because the first it is very important for you to get it checked with the doctor and you that way you will come to know what is wrong and accordingly if you need to apply something some paint or something on to the teeth the doctor would advise you
