RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 weeks agoA. You can put nasal drops into the nose of your child and then keep it open for 4 to 5 hours which is why you can use it every 5 to 6 hours for 3 to 5 days and also check with your doctor for further assistance or any other medication would be required
