#asktheexperts my baby passes hard motions since i have started solids i also include fibre and water in diet. It is painful for him please suggest.

A. dear mom. after starting solids constipation is common in infants. try to add more fiber rich fruits n veggies in your babys food give some water after meals to soften stool
