ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom kids almost by the age of 1 year they triple their birth weight and then it takes about 5 years to double it up . You may now almost give him all family foods . Maintain a diet schedule and prefer 3 main meals and 2 time snacks
