RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl7 months agoA. She generally kids are very lazy or they get tired and they feel sleepy when they’re having either some kind of an infection or they have overeaten or their physically not very active during that time these are the basic things or if you’re giving any medicine which is having paracetamol then that can also be a reason behind it
