I always get sleepy.. a total tiredness.. what could be the reason

A. needs evaluation blood test etc. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

A. Maybe this is due to some nutritional deficiency it’s very difficult to say till we do not have all the details about you so it’s advisable to get it tested for a deficiency and consult a general physician they will give you proper help with this
