Hello, my baby completed 3 months today, he will be very active, n not sleep in day time too much. but from past two days, he is very much sleepy, not that much active as before. Wat could be the reason?

hi your baby is 3 months old now
sometimes when baby gets sick or is too cold baby can get more sleepy,so keep baby warm give plenty of breast feeding and see if he develops feber

I am observing everything, he takes feed properly as normal and passes urine more than 10 times. he doesn't have fever, cold, cough like that. But the only thing is very sleeping n not active as before

hi
the reason might be vary like weather change, illness etc
so, make sure your child takes enough feed .
keep an eye on your child's urine output ,it should be atleast 7 or 8 times in a day
check for the symptoms of illness like fever ,cold.,cough ,ear infection, dehydration or stomach problems like colic, constipation and Indigestion.
