You must sooth kid's throat with Luke warm water,honey.add ginger, tulsi leaves in food.
May give Alex junior syrup.
In case heavy cough that impairs kid's sleep and play please consult physically.Nasal blockages is very common in infants as their nostrils are small and easily get blocked with crustations may use nasoclear nasal spray put 2 drops in each nostril 2 hourly.

Use saline nasal drops
Give adequate feeding
Give indirect steam inhalation
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
