#asktheexperts my baby is now 1 year 1 month old so should I give her teen time wheet roti instead of rice sometimes sometimes in a meal rice

It is totally your choice what food do you want to give to the child be only recommended to give proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner now that is on you what do you want to prepare for your child because we recommend to give the same food that you are eating from the age of nine months onwards words
