#asktheexperts My Baby is not consuming solid food, He takes a little bit of bites and then refuses to eat.

A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables . offer more liquid and fruits to improve appetite and digestion. give whatever your child wants to eat

A. Hello I just hope you’re adding all the necessary spices to the food because that’s very important to give flavour to the food along with that also I would say that try to give a different variety to the child all the time because a very important role to keep them interested in
