teething is a natural process and babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething such as soarness and itching in the gums

This is not in your hand it is going to happen when it has to happen on the higher side you can easily wait up till the age of 18 months and if you see it is not happening there in that case you can check it up with a paediatric dentist but currently this is very much normal
