Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. the child is having umbilical hernia which is very common in children and goes away by maximum 2 years of age.
with growing age it regressdes and goes inside
it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated.
meet dyour doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.

please don't irritate it with fingers and hand
please consult your pediatrician
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
