ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum , during the recovery phase give nutritious food consistency of food shd b like that of ghee include dal legumes beans / egg chicken fish , seasonal yellow red veg and fruit , green leafy veg , add powdered nuts to food. continue breastfeed for immunity n nutrition
