A. If your baby refuses the bottle at first, do not force him to drink. Wait and try again later, an hour or two after their next feeding. ... When bottle feeding, watch for signs your baby has had enough: turning away, pushing away the bottle, spitting out milk, chewing on the nipple, gagging or falling asleep.
