#asktheexperts my baby is 2m 19 days old now, and i feel i have low milk supply, can you please suggest the ways to increase supply

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. u can also have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm as a home remedy. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
