ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. tie your hair abd oil them. eat biotin capsule. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend that you should try to take deep conditioning treatment it will help to reduce the hair fall apart from that you must try to consume sufficient quantity of protein in the everyday diet
