Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Generally babies reduce their birth weight 200-300gm after birth (first week) and regain by 2-3 weeks by the end of the month increase around 300-600gm .
Babies improve 400-800gm per month 100-200 gm per week.
Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies.
