#asktheexperts My baby is 15 months old. I have started solid food, but she is still breastfeeding two to three times a day. What I an concerned about is my menstrual cycle.. Its not regular yet after delivery ..Its coming One in three months.. Is it due to breastfeeding?

Gradually stop feeding at day then at night
Offer something else if child demands feeding
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
