#asktheexperts My baby is 11 months plus and weight is 9 kg only or less and falls ill quickly....please suggest something

ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Weight of your child seems fine. If he's falling sick often he needs a boost in immunity. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, curd, sprouts, nuts and ragi in his meals to boost immunity also give him turmeric/ haldi milk regularly

Its Fine if your child One more KG then it is going to be an appropriate wait for a 12 month old child but 9 KG is also very good for 11-month-old child okay so the next thing is if your child is falling sick every now and then then that is definitely due to some kind of an allergy that the child is suffering from
