A. Hi it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process remaining milk teeth

A. hello it is absolutely normal and is absolutely nothing to worry and most baby will be able to have most of the other teeth by age 2 to 3 years and is not a problem at all and any concern then check with your paediatric dentist and he can assist you accordingly
