A. Hi mommy Give cow milk after one year or buffalo milk You can add pediasure or junior horlicks or bournvita in it Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Limit milk 500 Ml a day Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables
