#asktheexperts My baby is 1.5 yrs old now but rather then losing, I am putting more and more weight. Even after 6 months of giving birth, my weight was around 65kg but its 75kgs now. I am 5ft5inch. Please suggest something

A. dear mum, how active are you? to control your weight, in addition to a healthy diet, you should exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
