Uma RamMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! As the baby is 7 months old,give semi solids twice a day. Mid morning and evening - Fruit and vegetable purie,mash,cerelac,porridge,dal kichdi after checking the suitability. Avoid sugar,salt,oil and honey in baby foods until 1-1.5 years age.
